About this event:

This Fourth of July, Celebrate on our 4th of July Fireworks Cruise aboard the multi-level Harbor Lights Yacht. Witness the Annual Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks as we set sail from Skyport Marina. Enjoy your Independence Day with a 3-Hour Premium Open Bar, Appetizers, Views of the Breathtaking NY Skyline, and of course the Spectacular Macy's Fireworks Show. NYC's Elite DJ's will be spinning Top 40, Mainstream, Latin, Hip-Hop, and Dance Music. This event is 21 & Over.

PREMIUM OPEN BAR DRINKS:

  • There is a bar on each of the enclosed levels for the FREE Premium Open Bar Drinks.
  • 3-Hour Open bar is approximately 7:30pm-10:30pm
  • Top Floor Outdoor Level will Not have a Full Bar.
  • Included in the 3-Hour Premium Open Bar:

  • This is a nightlife event and it is Not intended to be a dining event. Appetizers & Hors d'oeuvres are not guaranteed to run for the entirety of the event. If you wish to have a complete dinner it is recommended that you do so prior to attending this event.

  • Parking is available at Waterside Plaza Garage @ The Waterside Tower, approx 1/2 block North of SkyPort Marina along the FDR Dr. Service Rd. 212-532-9268 & you may also visit their website for information and reservations for parking:

  • There is also Parking available @ IMPARK, at the end of East 23rd on the North side of the Gulf Station (and on the South side of SkyPort Marina) 212-686-4546.
  • You can also try for street Parking on East 23rd between 1st Ave & FDR Service Rd.

FINE PRINT & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Boarding & Return Times are Subject to Change based on Coast Guard’s discretion for All 4th of July Cruises.
  • Cruise will sail as close to the Macy's Fireworks as the Coast Guard will allow.
  • Seating is first come, first serve on the Indoor Levels, unless you have a Reservation.
  • Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Price are subject to increases as ticket availability goes down. Events will sell out in advance of July 4th.
  • All cruise sights, itineraries, and location & position of the yacht during the fireworks, are subject to change without notice as determined by US Coast Guard, local authorities, or yacht &/or event staff.
  • (Unforeseen restrictions may be enforced the night of the event)
  • Several Yachts sail from SkyPort Marina so Large crowds are expected, as well as street closures for 23rd Street &/or the FDR Drive. You may be required to wait outside for a period of time before boarding, so we advise you to show up early to find your place on the line for the Harbor Lights Yacht.
  • This event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
  • NYPartyCruise.com are not liable, nor is refund or credit warranted, for claims due to changes in cruise schedule, proximity to fireworks, yacht positioning or location due to conditions of the river currents or notice as determined by US Coast Guard, local authorities, or the yacht's management company &/or crew.
  • Fireworks display provided at the discretion of local authorities (weather permitting).
  • There is a bar on each of the enclosed levels for the FREE Premium Open Bar Drinks.
  • Top Floor Outdoor Level will Not have a Full Bar.
  • A Buffet station will be set up on the First Floor with Appetizers & Hors d'oeuvres. This is a nightlife event and it is not intended to be a dining event -- If you wish to have a complete dinner it is recommended that you do so prior to attending this event. The buffet of Appetizers & Hors d'oeuvres is not guaranteed to run for the entirety of the event.
Restrictions

TICKET POLICY: NO REFUNDS
All Sales Are Final! Seating is available, but Not Guaranteed unless you have reserved seating tickets. Times are subject to change. Proximity to the fireworks is dependent on the Coast Guard's discretion& proximity to the Statue of Liberty will depend on the location of fireworks as well as the Coast Guard's discretion (as the Macy's Fireworks may not be near the Statue of Liberty & we will be as close to the Macy's Fireworks as permitted). NYPartyCruise.com are not liable, nor is refund or credit warranted, for claims due to changes in cruise schedule, proximity to fireworks, yacht positioning or location due to conditions of the river currents or notice as determined by US Coast Guard, local authorities, or the yacht's management company &/or crew. Appetizers & Hors d'oeuvres is not guaranteed to run for the entirety of the event. Our events cruise rain or shine. 21 & Over - ID a Must. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact you with the exchange date for the event. There are no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard. We strive to keep everyone Covid-free and healthy for the best experience but please note any interaction with the general public poses a risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event, so we advise you to practice social distancing while at the event and follow our safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions. If you have any questions or feel like you may have been exposed to Covid-19 after attending an event [email protected]. There are also no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions or technical difficulties if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard. Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management or security to be disorderly, intoxicated, who uses vulgar or abusive language, provides invalid identification, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules including dress code and other event guidelines. All Guests must adhere to the rules of the event which include, proper ID for age requirements, local & state guidelines such as masks & social distancing should they apply at the time, and we reserve the right to be selective to those that do not adhere to the rules of proper dress code attire. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, ticket merchant, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it was issued. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Under no circumstances is the processing fee refunded. If issued complimentary, tickets shall not be exchangeable. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or discounts (if available).
