Our Status & Response During Covid-19:

We Thank You in advance for Understanding & Encourage You to Stay Safe and Practice Social Distancing to Stop The Spread!

Given much uncertainty due to Covid-19, we must advise that all Event, VIP Package, & Private Cruise information are subject to change based on the situation in New York City at this time. We hope to have more definitive information soon on when our event dates are confirmed to return and plan to keep this website as updated as possible with any new information regarding operations for our events.

In the meantime, although we may have some upcoming event dates listed on our website, we must reiterate that all event dates & information are subject to change at any point in order to adhere to NYS Laws and regulations. Only exchange credits will be offered for postponed events. We would be happy to notify anyone directly once we have more information if you would like to email us at [email protected].

To address current circumstances, please review the following information regarding Postponed Events:
Tickets purchased for cruises that were postponed due to changes within local and state orders will have an exchange credit for the 2021 season or for a date later in 2020 should circumstances change allowing our events to once again occur. At this time we do not have our 2021 event dates available but once we are able to release 2021 dates, guests who purchased tickets for a postponed 2020 event will be emailed a list of dates to select from to redeem their exchange credit. Once again, as per our ticket policy, there are no refunds and only exchange credits will be offered.

We are closely monitoring the CDC Guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will list updates to any upcoming events as we receive more information.

• - BUTTON DOWN SHIRTS A MUST FOR GENTS
• - Absolutely NO Shorts, Baseball Hats, T-Shirts, Hooded Shirts/Sweaters/Jackets, Overly-Ripped Pants, Work Boots, Knit Caps/Bandanas/Visors, Capris, Athletic or Baggy Attire. 
• - **Masks, Social Distancing, & All CDC Guidelines Are Required For Our Events**
• - Most Gents wear dress button down collared shirts, slacks, & shoes.
   

LADIES - Dress Code: 

• - Absolutely NO T-Shirts, Denim Shorts or Baggy Shorts, Baseball Hats/knit caps/bandanas/visors, Hooded Shirts/Sweaters/Jackets, Athletic or Baggy Attire. 
• - **Masks, Social Distancing, & All CDC Guidelines Are Required For Our Events**
• - Most Ladies wear dresses, skirts, dress pants, dress shorts, or nice-neat jeans, with a blouse & heels or dressy flats shoes.

TICKET POLICY: NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES

NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES - All sales are final, NO REFUNDS! All tickets purchased in relation to a special event within an official cruise event, (for example, tickets purchased in relation to a birthday, bachelorette party, graduation, etc.), for which the guest of honor or organizer chooses to cancel or reschedule, are also non-refundable. Our events will occur whether rain or shine. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, or if an event is postponed due to changes within local and state orders, we will contact you with an exchange date(s) for the event. There are also no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions or technical difficulties if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard.
Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management or security to be disorderly, intoxicated, who uses vulgar or abusive language, provides invalid identification, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules including dress code and other event guidelines. All Guests must adhere to the rules of the event which include, proper ID for age requirements, local & state guidelines such as masks & social distancing should they apply at the time, and we reserve the right to be selective to those that do not adhere to the rules of proper dress code attire. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, ticket merchant, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it was issued. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Under no circumstances is the processing fee refunded. If issued complimentary, tickets shall not be exchangeable. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or discounts (if available).
