About this event:

In need of a fun Saturday Night out? Party the night away in unique fashion on a Dance Party Yacht Cruise, where dancing & dazzling night views of the breathtaking NY Skyline & Statue of Liberty will be in full effect. DJs get the climate-controlled levels of partying going, spinning everything from Mainstream Music like Hip-Hop, EDM, & Top 40 to Latin Music like Salsa, Merengue, & Reggaeton. There are open-air decks with plenty of room to party, bars for drinks & bottle service, and a buffet to purchase food.

    • Parking is available at Waterside Plaza Garage @ The Waterside Tower, approx 1/2 block North of SkyPort Marina along the FDR Dr. Service Rd. 212-532-9268 & you may also visit their website for information and reservations for parking: https://www.parkme.com/lot/32463/waterside-plaza-new-york-ny.
    • There is also Parking available @ IMPARK, at the end of East 23rd on the North side of the Gulf Station (and on the South side of SkyPort Marina) 212-686-4546.
    • You can also try for street Parking on East 23rd between 1st Ave & FDR Service Rd.

    Can I get a refund?
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers. Tickets are Void without Refund without Proper ID or dress code or if security deems a guest as unable to enter for safety reasons.

    What is the dress code?
    Our events are Dress to Impress: Trendy, but Neat. No Baseball Hats - No White T-Shirts - No Baggy Attire – No Athletic Attire (No Sweats, No Basketball Shorts, No Jerseys, etc.). **Sneakers are permitted, neutral colors preferred

    What happens if it rains?
    All of our events are 'Rain or Moonlight'. All cruises have indoor dance floor levels that are climate-controlled as well as outdoor levels. In the case of extreme weather conditions, changes in event times and/or locations may occur and outdoor areas may be restricted during cruises should rain occur.

    Can I bring food on board?
    Birthday Cakes and Cupcakes, Balloons & certain Party favors are permitted IF you have Tickets with a Reserved Table in advance or a VIP Package with a Reserved Table. The yacht will NOT allow in any other food items, knives or utensils, bottles, liquids, or anything security deems a safety issue/hazard. Cakes & Cupcakes may not include bottles of alcohol on them as decoration. For questions regarding acceptable pary favors, please email [email protected]

    TICKET POLICY: NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES!
    NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES - All sales are final, NO REFUNDS! All tickets purchased in relation to a special event within an official cruise event, (for example, tickets purchased in relation to a birthday, bachelorette party, graduation, etc.), for which the guest of honor or organizer chooses to cancel or reschedule, are also non-refundable. Our events will occur whether rain or shine. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, or if an event is postponed due to changes within local and state orders, we will contact you with an exchange date(s) for the event. There are also no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions or technical difficulties if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard. Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management or security to be disorderly, intoxicated, who uses vulgar or abusive language, provides invalid identification, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules including dress code and other event guidelines. All Guests must adhere to the rules of the event which include, proper ID for age requirements, local & state guidelines such as masks & social distancing should they apply at the time, and we reserve the right to be selective to those that do not adhere to the rules of proper dress code attire. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, ticket merchant, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it was issued. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Under no circumstances is the processing fee refunded. If issued complimentary, tickets shall not be exchangeable. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or discounts (if available).
